About The Aphasia Circle

The Aphasia Circle provides stimulating and supportive individual and group sessions, designed to maximize the recovery of communication and cognitive skills for adult individuals living with aphasia.

Our small groups provide a functional and cost-effective way for individuals with aphasia to receive services beyond the initial period of recovery, in order to further improve their communication skills and quality of life.

Individual treatment is also available.

We focus on meaningful communication, with your goals at the center.

Lauren Zingale, Founder of The Aphasia Circle

Meet Lauren Zingale, MS, CCC-SLP

Lauren is the proud founder of The Aphasia Circle. She has nearly a decade of experience as an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist, and has worked in a variety of settings, with extensive experience in evaluating and treating neurologic communication disorders. The Aphasia Circle was created after Lauren recognized the great need in the community for a place where persons with aphasia can receive ongoing support, education, language stimulation, and evidence based therapy. The Aphasia Circle is a place where people feel understood, supported, and valued.
